Norwegian and Danish division of the Swedish record company Grammofon AB Electra. Handled copyrights, manufacturing and distribution.
The Danish branch was established in 1981, and the Norwegian branch in 1983.
The company had a distribution deal in Denmark with GDC, while the Norwegian distribution after 1984 was handled directly from the warehouse of the Swedish main office.
