Adding my voice that there is an incredible amount of sibilance on the final two tracks. What a shame it is too.

What exactly makes this "limited" if there are tons of copies out there?

Gave it a first listen, also getting horrible sibilance, mainly on "In the End" . Ending of the side is the place on the disc more prone to sibilance, but this is significantly more annoying than most instances of this..

My guess is that because the album is a compilation of demos juiced up to achieve a final in studio take and the untimely death of Delores there were certain limitations that could not be overcome on vinyl. It’s still quite worth the small amount of money to have a piece of music to hear where this iconic band was evolving to.

Anyone did a thorough comparison between this standard black vinyl and the cranberry edition? Cranberry sounds very average and I am thinking of buying an additonal black one, but previous comments were not that positive either.

As usual, this picture disc doesn't sound as clear as standard vinyl, But it's mainly the quiet sections in between the songs where it's most noticeable. The music still sounds good, but you know you're listening to a picture disc in those quiet parts.

have you saturation "SSSS" snake in the voice of dolores, in the last songs of each side ? its awfull, what a shame...because the pressing is good.

They offered from what i've heard maybe 5 more copies after the original 100 numbered copies sold out. I bought my copy after the original 100 and mine isn't numbered. Did anyone else here get one not #'d?

No issues with labels reversed but there are defects with my copy. There is a large bump with a sharp edge on the record perimeter. It appears the vinyl didn't get trimmed properly. There is also a light scratch across two tracks on side 1. I freaked thinking there was going to be audible noise but fortunately neither of these defects caused problems. There is some surface noise at times with my pressing.
On a positive, the cranberry colored vinyl and packaging is beautiful. It wasn't an expensive record so I'm okay with the overall purchase. The music is good and reminiscent of early Cranberries. I'm not going to rank this album in the same category as their first two records but still an enjoyable album from a great band.
I recommend fans of the Cranberries buy a colored copy before they're sold out. I'm sure you will be able to purchase it 2nd hand for a reasonable price. I don't see this one skyrocketing in price like others but I wouldn't want to pay more then $20 personally. This colored vinyl could've been the perfect way for the Cranberries to end it but poor pressing quality leaves me wishing for a little more.
