First Japanese edition with cream obi and laminated gatefold sleeve with bound-in booklet with lyrics in Japanese & English. The Japanese title is "Presley On Stage 1970". The album was quickly re-released as "Elvis On Stage Vol. 2" (see Elvis Presley - On Stage-February, 1970 which has the same cover design).
