Disc 3 side 2 is very off center. So much so that it is hard to listen to the song due to the constant "thump thump" of the stylus bouncing back and forth. Anybody else with this issue?

I don't think the jacket listing is incorrect. In my copy, the discs are also labeled 2 and 3 (like Dear "23").
