this pressing is absolutely NOT a 1991 press... not even 90s. who changed this page and updated the year?
-
It appears what distinguishes this from the other US reissue, besides the different matrixes, is the pressing lip ring on the labels. Mine had a ridge near the outer edge of the label. The other one looks like flat labels. I had mine listed under the other til I noticed the ridges.

Edited 3 years agoI don't know where the original page went but I had said on there that I bought this pressing new in 2008/9 when I was first getting into the record hole. Some were speculating on the old page that it was a 90s pressing and while it's possible what I bought was some dead stock, I highly doubt it.
EDIT: I found it but it must have been removed from my collection for some reason. This is the right pressing for me anyway. That said, I think both are true here. It has to be a 2000s pressing. -
Sounds really good. Hard hitting drums and bass that really drives the music. Excellent separation and nice depth to the sound. Midrange could have been a little more emphasized but still nice guitar tone and detail. I like the way this album sounds on vinyl compared to the CD, just better definition and texture in the songs and an enhanced soundstage. The pressing is good. Bought new and it was clean free of scuffs and scratches but the vinyl was full of static that subsided with more plays. I haven’t heard the reissue but this one sounds real real good :P Though, I will it that I probably paid too much for this, even though I got a sealed copy. But if the reissue sounds just as good it’s a lot cheaper. Problem is, it was pressed by Rainbo. I’m not sure if this one was pressed by Rainbo as it’s missing the Rainbo matrix numbers like the later pressing of this issue. And it’s actually a decent pressing, so not sure who pressed it. Anyway, great album, great sounding pressing. Recommended.
