Edited 2 years agoI love this vinyl. Gorgeous and sleek . Interesting array of people who he has collabed with. Young Thug, Cardi Bi, Eminem, unusual but the songs wrote are all fair decent. Highly recommend Cross Me and Anti Social. Despite what people are rating "harsh mouthed rappers" perhaps if they took a moment to listen to the actual lyrics rather than just judging based on the one off swear word, they would enjoy the class of this soundtrack. Furthermore, it does say explicit on the packaging when you buy it new, there's a little "e" for explicit next to some songs. So trash Ed all you want, you don't have to listen.

My copy has some clicks and pops on side A, but overall it is a great album, other Ed Sheeran albums like Divide % or X are better in of pressing quality. The sound quality is superb, Ed Sheeran's voice is in the front.

I was dissapointed in this tape. I heard Ed first on an EP with Yela ("Slumdon Bridge") and after hearing the Eminem featured " The Name" , I expected a more soulful tape rather than one immeresed in trendy pop tunes. It's true that Side B is literally the best part of "No.6" , when Ed tackles his beef with the industry for not allowing him to do create art the way he wants as well as his overall diencranchisement with fame, he is on his shit. But when he conforms throughout the rest of the record, listeners should be wishing that side B just came out as an EP while the rest of the LP got dragged to the garbage. Alas, that is not the case and with crowding this tape features Sheeran has made to where a novice listener like myself only will see him as a feature in the future, which will make it very hard for anyone with my ear to give any attention to another solo project under his name.

My mam is a big fan of Ed Sheeran, she says he has a beautiful way with words and a prodigious talent that reminds her of a fledgling Cliff Richards. However she was very disappointed to discover this long player also features Eminem, 50 Cents, Travis Scott, Young Thug, Cardi B etc. As a very devout Christian believer, my mam HATES the violent and profanity-laced lyrics these so-called rappers peddle, and as a result she has asked me to come here to warn all those of you considering the purchase of this album (either for themselves or as a gift for a loved one) that it contains foul language that is likely to cause offense to all right-thinking followers of Our Lord Savior Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
