Not whinging, just for my education, how come this unofficial lathe cut lp of medazzaland is allowed to be sold on discogs.

Obviously sourced from the CD, but that's okay. The high end sounds very dull, and quite bass heavy. The release of Pop Trash is much better in sound quality.
