The Canadian CD is the only pressing that includes "More Than Physical". It is the "True Confessions" Album Version.

The Canadian version of "Greatest Hits Collection" is the ONLY place that this version of "Nathan Jones" is available on cd. From the Hitfactory forum:

It's by Dave Ford whereas the other PWL mixes are by Pete Hammond, so I tend to call it 'Dave Ford Mix' rather than 'Analog[ue] Version', which seems a bit arbitrary!

Dave's mix was the 'album master' produced at the beginning of September 1988 for inclusion on the 'Greatest Hits Collection'. I don't think it was definite that 'Nathan Jones' would be a single release at that point (perhaps because London were hoping 'Love, Truth And Honesty' would be a bigger hit, enough to sustain the album in the run-up to Christmas 1988...) and as such Dave never did a 12" mix.

I can't really speculate on why it didn't appear on the original UK CD pressing (which used the so-called 'Psycho Edit', I believe) - although I think it is on the Canadian CD release? It could be deliberate or otherwise... stranger things have happened.

Once Pete Hammond's subsequent single mixes were produced (mid-October, I think), it was logical enough for all later pressings of the compilation to feature the final 7" version instead of Dave's earlier - now superseded - mix.
