Cannot tell what exactly it is, but there is something unpleasant about the sound of this release. Not sure whether it is the remastering or the pressing, but it is bothering me while listening.

Great sound as I can tell but I wish they had included the original CD cover image not the expanded edition with the smaller image. Maybe they didn’t want it to look too pixelated. -
How to tell the difference between this and the coloured one? There os no indication on the packaging as to the colour. -

Glad this was finally reissued! Beautiful packaging and no issues with my pressings. Just would have been nice to have been 180g pressings like the other remastered reissues. -
Edited one year agoVery dirty records, scratches, dust and vinyl shavings. One of the inner sleeves is torn by the disc. It can only be Optimal pressing...

I'm really impressed at how good this sound! Zero surface noise and no need to raise the volume up too much like it happens with many reissues these days...very clear and punchy throughout, only minor flaw is the missing gun shots at the end of the John Lennon song....still a must have pressing in my opinion. -
Edited one year agoExcellent remaster and pressing.... they removed the multiple gunshots at the end of "I just shot john Lennon" on all editions
