This is a top quality reissue. The mastering is dynamic and immersive with great separation and a wide soundstage, which is exactly what you need for an album like this. No distortion is present. The packaging is fantastic as well, with a beautifully designed booklet, and printed inners along with the discs housed in separate poly-lined inners. I didn’t have any quality control issues on mine. I don’t have an original to compare this to, but I can’t imagine this would sound better on a single LP. I couldn’t recommend this enough - especially if you get a good deal on it like I did.
