Edited 6 months agoAgree with other 5 star reviews below! Ive had this sitting sealed for years because I have the all analog mono cut of this and never bothered playing this, but for this to be cut from digital file sounds very dynamic and punchy to my ears!!!

I hear this edition wonderfully, the pressing is excellent, voices and instruments are well defined and with a lot of detail.
It doesn't sound digital to me at all, although it is true that the masters used are digital. -
This pressing is good, I don't have any imperfections in my copy really, I don't even have minor surface noise, but it does sound like the audio was sourced from a CD. Otherwise pretty good pressing, an affordable pressing, and good for someone who is just starting to collect vinyl.

I don’t really like this pressing, and it’s a shame that it’s the only reasonably priced one out there readily available.
-
I’ve noticed it’s “fizzy” for lack of a better term. Where there should be crisp and clear stereo separation, there’s an annoying rattle, especially on the high ends. I thought there was something wrong with my turntable, but when I played another record it sounded totally fine. In all honesty it’s kind of distracting, disappointing to see them skimp on such a huge name like The Beatles.

I live in UK and bought.mine from Amazon UK but weirdly i got a US pressing with the Rainbo deadwax. Net result a total write off of nonfilled garbage. Exchanged for EU and guess what... flawless. Thank god Rainblow are no more

Great stereo pressing. Lovely separation crisp lows nice kids and fat lows. Sometimes you have to accept that old technology (mono) has to go the way of the dinosaurs. If mono is so fantastic we would still here everything in mono.

Steer way clear of this disaster. It's sourced from George Martin's 1987 16-bit digital remix, which for some reason is considered to be "canon." This screams "CD cut to vinyl!" in the worst way possible. Dull, lifeless, one-dimensional, and thin sound. Why on earth didn't they just cut this (and indeed all of the 2012 stereo LPs) from the original master tapes? Pick yourself up a 1970s or 1980s Parlophone UK reissue, which both sound infinitely better. I particularly like the way my 1984 UK reissue sounds, and it can be found for a great price.
