great pressing, i got gifted a first pressing at a family gift exchange and i didn’t realize it was uncensored. so my whole family got to see ahah -
Too many of these new represses getting listed under THIS 2013 Third Worlds release page. This was the second pressing of this record back in ‘13. The only OG first pressing was the one the band did themselves, off label. Discogs sellers…quit listing these new repress copies you have under THIS entry. FFS. -
Absolutely ZERO surface noise, COMPLETELY different and BETTER sound design than digital. One of the BEST sounding records in my collection. When I tell you I almost shat my pants when I heard NOTHING at the start of the record I mean it. Found for 20$ USED at a Michigan record store. -
What's the best way to open this record? Was thinking of scoring along sticker on rear to split it without cutting pvc and then opening the pvc envelope but it looks like it is pretty well stuck and could rip or stretch if pulled?

Yeah I like the sound of this record, I’ve come to enjoy all the boisterous sounds that come from Death Grips discography. They re-released NLDW for its tenth anniversary and sadly there is no dick on the cover. I’m sure the new one sounds good but give me the dick or give me nothing at all. Excellent record. -
This is one of the best vinyl records I've ever heard. Could easily be used to set up a system. -
(Original copy, not repress) Sounds absolutely fantastic, can't even go back to the digital version anymore. Even the actual sound design is different in some places. For example, on No Love, the digital version features heavy sidechaining on the lead sample and Ride's voice, whereas the vinyl doesn't feature this (which, IMO, sounds much better, making everything sound less drowned-out and muddy).
Found by pure chance at a Calgary vinyl store, brand new, $30 CAD. -
All the cheap copies here are the 2020 repress, don't buy unless you are okay with the mispressing on all of them (the last two tracks being switched around). -
did they start printing these again or did they just find a ton of em somewhere? i want a copy at some point but don't wanna pay batshit prices if these eventually run out. -
Did this go out of print or something recently, similar to The Powers That B a year or two ago? Feels like the price shot up out of nowhere.
