This issue is not a boot leg.
James Hardge bought the master tapes off Doug Carn not knowing Doug Carn had Given access to the Black Jazz catalogue too Soul Jazz Records.
Doug Carn created the confusion by not informing both parties.
P-Vine also released a 20 CD set before James Hardge bought the catalogue, this should all be now settled, now Snow Dog own the masters and all the legal wranglings have been sorted.
