It's an ok pressing, not the best but what do you expect for a boot? It will def sound better after a proper cleaning. If you need one let me know

Why does this album seem to have shitty bootlegs? Every bootleg I own sounds pretty damn decent with 0 skips. Whoever presses these is kinda bad at their job.

I have long grappled with "The Life of Pablo".
I finding the entire release cycle very intriguing. The ballsy notion of releasing an unfinished album and only *then* repeatedly tinkering with the mix, track-order and artwork (indefinitely, I might add) - the whole concept was pretty different. Whatever your opinion of Kanye, you must afford him this.
Overall, it's just about the most schizophrenic record I've ever heard. Throughout the album, West moves frenetically between lowbrow - borderline vulgar - ideas, phrases and references, simultaneously sewing a patchwork production aesthetic unlike any other major mainstream music release before it. Almost as if gesturing toward a sort of aural Cubism, Kanye leaves raw stitch-marks all over his work: the samples aren't flush with the beats; the flow sometimes drifts; sound quality varies (sometimes within a single track). Truly, this is multifaceted music - in every sense. Skeptics will say this is accidental; that any positive reviews are just 'emperor's new clothes' prattle. Kanye die-hards will proclaim that - true to their megalomaniacal idol's word - '[he] is a god.' All you can do is listen for yourself - but like it or lump it, there is something truly jarring to behold here.
On the flip-side of this potentially inventive sound, there is Kanye the man, who - at the end of the day - is pretty disgusting for the duration. "Famous" - for all its catchiness - is pretty rank lyrically. The now-proven-to-be-unapproved hyper-sexualisation of Taylor Swift is particularly egregious, as is the relentless, aggressive Nike-shutdown "Facts". This is where the consternation comes in for me - my threshold for Kanye's ego needs to be at low tide for this record to be bearable. On a good day, I can really enjoy the production. If "The Life of Pablo" catches me off-guard however, I have to be honest: it's possible to really loathe it - 'bleached [assholes]' and all. For the purposes of this review, I'm trying to be as objective as possible, but buyer beware: this *is* a record that will entice you, befriend you and then - out of nowhere - knife you in the eyes. Repeatedly.
Again, in stark contrast to the annoying aspects of this album, there are some very special soundscapes established by Kanye's production style. "Ultralight Beam" - despite being less than five years old - is already treated with the reverie reserved for a stone-cold classic. Its mournful, hymnal procession is perhaps best symbolic of the disputes and inconsistencies characterising the entire body of this album: between candid samples of his god-fearing children discussing religion, and Kanye's own ission that '[he's] trying to keep the faith', there's a tacky throwaway reference to the November 2015 Paris attacks.

Not a single official release on vinyl, cd or tape. Why not? Went to all the trouble of doing a redux, improving the mix but no physical release. Sad. Can anyone comment on the best bootleg of the bunch?
