Don't bother with these pressings from RCA, Hum are currently rolling out reissues for all their back-catalogue under their own label, fully remastered https://polyvinylrecords.com/store/hum?pvr=banner-385

Edited 3 years agoHum posted on their Instagram page in January that they re-acquired the rights to this album and Electra 2000 and were planning on remastering and reissuing them both on vinyl and CD this year. I'm holding out for that so that I can them directly!

I totally agree with the previous review. In fact, I'm pissed that I didn't see it before i bought it. The sound is crappy. Lotsa pops and other cheap artifacts on it. Yes, it looks cool...I suppose. The Earth Analog repress of their album "Downward is Heavenward" is really amazing. I hope they give this one the same royal treatment. :/

The sound is pretty crappy on this repress, everything sounds really muddy and muffled - but it looks nice and it was affordable at least, so there's that.
