This may, on the outside, seem like a somewhat dull release (aerobics classes??), but the quality of the music and recording is astounding. There's some really good analog synth-music accompanying the lady instructor (which has a rather attractive voice!). I've found myself listening to this record several times in its entirety with lights off. Transports you to a different time and leaves you in a calm, happy mood. Highly recommended.
