Edited 4 years agoThis collection is great! The mastering is very good, everything is super clear and hearing the movie without dialog is a treat. It goes without saying Williams wrote a lot of amazing parts for these films, but some I have never really consciously heard or given credit to because they're during dramatic, loud action sequences. You don't think about the music as much when there's dinosaurs trying to eat the protagonists, (or the antagonist on the toilet). Hearing the music alone for the first time is awesome, and you still get a huge presence of the action from it. The bass sections are huge and shake the room, quiet ages have nuanced detail, and everything sounds amazing. Turn it up, sit back, and enjoy the film for the first time, all over again.
