Unless otherwise noted, all records are VISUALLY graded, not play-graded. A sealed record cannot be returned for any reason after it has been opened.
We have a number of autographed items for sale, but none of the signatures are authenticated. You are welcome to place an order, but please wait to pay until we have pulled the record from our warehouse and answered all of your questions.
Here's how we do things:
1) CLEANING -- We professionally vacuum-clean each record before shipment. It's put into a new paper inner sleeve and plastic outer sleeve, preserving any factory inner sleeves and of course any custom-printed inner sleeves.
2) INSPECTION - If we see anything "off" in in our grading or description, we will let you know. It's very important to us that we let you know EXACTLY what you are getting BEFORE you pay. Depending on the condition of the record, this may include sending you photos or audio samples.
3) SHIPPING - Once you have seen everything, then we look forward to your payment. We use Bags Unlimited mailers with cardboard pads. At our discretion, high-value shipments may be insured at no cost to you.
4) If you see a shipping rate of $999 or a record shows as "unavailable in your country," blame Discogs for forcing sellers to use an insanely complex shipping policy system that must cover every possible item, combination of items, and countries. Just message us, and we will establish a temporary shipping policy specific to you.
