Unless special arrangements have been made prior to you hitting the buy button, you have 3 days from the time that you place your order to remit payment. If you do not fulfill this obligation and fail to us within this time frame, all unpaid orders will be cancelled after 3 days, and the appropriate negative will be left. We don’t have the patience to deal with individuals that aren't serious about completing their purchase.

Grading:

We spot grade all of the vinyl titles that I list. If there are any questions as to the audible quality of said title, we will take the time to listen to it completely, before listing it for sale.

We down-grade the condition of our vinyl titles just to be on the safe side. Meaning, most of the time they are in better condition than how we list them as. The reason that we do this is to coincide with goldmine's grading standards. For instance, vinyl titles that have been given a vg+ or vg grade may have surface scratches, but may not have any surface noise, etc.

Grading CD & vinyl selections is a highly subjective topic, and human error may occur from time to time. Hence, we will refund you your money is if your item has been improperly graded and is not as described. At that point we will make the necessary arrangements to either replace the item or refund your money to you. The item must be in same condition as when it was shipped, and returns must be received within 14 days after you (the buyer), receives it. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Vinyl grading:

*M (Mint): vinyl is flawless, no damage whatsoever. Most likely has never been opened or even played, and may even still be sealed in shrink-wrap.

*Mint-/MN (Near Mint or Mint Minus): vinyl will have 1 to 3 light surface scratches, that do not affect the records play whatsoever.

*VG+ (Very Good Plus): vinyl will have light surface scratches that do not affect the records play whatsoever.

*VG (Very Good): vinyl will have scuff marks and/or surface scratches, and there is a possibility that play will be affected by detectable crackles, hisses and/or pops.

Grading of vinyl inner labels:

Many of our titles are second-hand/used and may or may not come in generic (black or white doughnut hole die-cut) sleeves. There may or may not be writing/permanent marker on the inner labels (as is often the case with promo or white label releases). We do make every effort to accurately describe and rate the condition of the item(s) that we are selling. Please see my grading criteria provided below for further details.

Grading of vinyl covers/jackets/sleeves:

Many of the titles that we carry do come with their original label or picture sleeves (when this applies). Due to the age of some titles, previous owner(s) may have replaced the original sleeve with a generic (black or white doughnut hole die-cut) sleeve. We will only make a switch is if we feel that the original label or picture sleeve is severely damaged (tears, water damage, etc.). Otherwise, expect to receive the title in its original sleeve.

Also, there may be bpm labels/stickers or gold promo stamps on the outer jacket as well. Please allow us to clarify that we have not altered the release in any way, shape or form. In any case, we do our very best to grade titles that do come with their original label or picture sleeves. However, we are in the business of reselling CD's and vinyl, not cardboard, and don't feel that it's of great importance to have our seller's performance rating based on this criteria. We hope that you understand our position on this matter.

CD grading:

*US orders: FREE shipping.

Items will be shipped via USPS first-class mail and will include a USPS tracking number.

International orders:

$15.00 for 1 item.
$30.00 for 2-5 items.
$45.00 for 6-10 items.

Important shipping and handling stuff:

International buyers: any additional import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are you (the buyer's) responsibility. Before agreeing to purchase an item(s) from us, we would advise checking with your specific country's customs office in order to establish what these additional costs may or may not be. Also, we are not responsible for any possible shipping delays due to customs policies, import duties, taxes, or weather.

As described above, all packages shipped outside of the united states are sent via USPS first-class package international service with a corresponding customs form. This basic service does not provide you with a USPS tracking number (see below for other options).

We will ship worldwide, but your billing & shipping address must be exactly the same, unless special arrangements have been made prior to the completion of your order.

We're more than happy to combine S&H charges when multiple items are ordered. If you have any questions, please ask us beforehand.

Some buyers are concerned about the possibility of your package(s) being damaged or lost while in transit. If this is the case, you may have 2 options to choose from, for an additional fee:

*insurance: once the weight of the package is determined, we will be able to provide you with the exact cost. This added service does not provide you with a USPS tracking number and is not available for all countries.

*USPS tracking number is only available when choosing the priority mail international or express mail international services, but not the first-class package international service. Once the weight of the package is determined, we will be able to provide you with the exact cost of these additional services. These added services do provide you with a USPS tracking number and are available for almost all countries that we ship to.

As a buyer, you're not obligated to choose any of these additional services. However, if you reside in a country where the postal practices are somewhat risky (Brazil, Italy, Russian federation), then these 2 options may help to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package(s). If you don't choose one these options, and your package is lost or damaged, there will be little that we can do to assist you, other than to file a claim with the USPS as we will only have proof/receipt of shipment. We will say that in 18 years of on and off selling, only a handful of packages have not reached their destination, and a few were actually returned to us within 1-3 months. Either way, please inform me the shipping method of your choice, before we send you an invoice.

Wherever you reside, once an item(s) has shipped, full ownership is then transferred to the buyer as we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost while in transit. Of course, on the rare occasion that this does occur, we will be happy to assist you in any way that we can.

*note to international buyers: any package weighing over 4 lbs. Is required to be shipped via USPS priority mail international, and cannot be shipped via the USPS first-class package international service. This is strictly a weight requirement of the USPS, and does increase the shipping charges substantially. Please us before placing your order as to determine the shipping & handling costs.

Correspondence:

All correspondence must be done via the Discogs order page communication system, and any e-mails attempting to negotiate a price in order to circumvent the system will be ignored. We adhere to this practice so that there is always a record of the correspondence between you (the buyer), and us (the seller).
