Edited 2 years agoThis album sure did age well! Upon release it lacked a bit of power to me due to the production, as compared to their brilliant live albums (as any hardcore band's studio albums did round that time).
The homofobic 'Don't blow bubbles' off course never was cool. Kudos for including the instrumental here. That being said: HR uses the word Batty Bwoi (the derogatory term for homosexual in Patois) on 'Yout' Juice'.

This sounds mad powerful! If anyone has any doubts about copping it, go and get it now, you won't be disappointed. One of the best sounding hardcore records in my collection. Mackie's drums sound absolutely phenomenal! Insane job on the remaster. -
Sounds so good I emailed ORG. Told me this, bad brains and rock for light were all tape transfers. This is a much better mix than what I’m used to digitally -
I'm shocked there's no colored vinyl variants! Of all the albums to skip the 'special treatment' on, I'm surprised it's this one, some of their best work. Oh well, the year is still young, so guess we'll see! ✌️ -
Interesting and pretty great that they have taken "Don't Blow Bubbles" off the reissue and made it an instrumental track, probably just taking off the vocals. Kudos!
