This is the definitive release of yet another mediocre 1970s Jethro Tull album. It seems to have had a more limited release than the other “book” Tull editions. If you have to have it, you will need to pay through the nose from a reseller, as it will never be rereleased per Ian Anderson.
At this time, it is more of a collectible or an investment vehicle than an essential listening experience. By comparison, the vinyl is dollar box material and no one cares about the CD. With the stock market and bitcoin crashing, this Minstrel in the Gallery book edition might be the place to put your retirement money.
