Really bad non-fill resulting in static bursts in the right channel throughout the entirety of Side C.

Got this on sale for just $20, and this is absolutely worth it. Even though the records are a bit thin, they both sound divine. Arrived flat and non-staticky

mine came somewhat warped sadly. my player naturally plays all my vinyl a little fast and its really cute that way :) but its a very noticeable amount of warping that adds a slight speed difference at points. it still sounds nice and is still cute and is still my favourite vinyl i own :)

A very nice package and gatefold, only complaint is even after multiple cleanings “Banshee Beat” (my favorite) has a ton of noise.
-
Mastering sounds really great, listening through headphones is definitely the best way to experience it. Really pleased with the sound. But there is a lot of noise on loch raven unfortunately. Especially in the first 30 seconds, where that pretty much overpowers that section. Other than that it does sound great (the bees, turn into something also transcend you) but the static is an issue. Records also came warped :/

The mastering sounds wonderful, but sadly it's not the best quality pressing. Side 4 has some really unfortunate noise for a good portion of the start of Loch Raven, which is one of the quietest tracks on the album so it's very noticeable and kind of ruins the track. My buddy has the same issue with his copy so I'm guessing it's not an isolated incedent. Other than that it sounds wonderful. The bass is very prominent which really adds to the ambience of the album. Its like your underwater or something. Recommended if you love this band as much as I do!

This seems to be a new vinyl mastering done by Chris Bellman. It sounds terrific, if you don't have this record I would think this would be the version to get.
